Dr. José Álvaro Burgos Zuleta is a specialist in general surgery and endoscopy with extensive training and experience in treating various gastrointestinal diseases. His expertise includes laparoscopic surgery, hernia surgery, robotic surgery, gallbladder and biliary tract surgery, gastroenterology, oncologic endoscopy, and endoscopic ultrasound.

He graduated from Universidad La Salle with a specialization in gastrointestinal surgery and has advanced training in laparoscopic surgery, as well as a master’s degree in advanced gastrointestinal endoscopy and biliary tract procedures. He also holds a specialization in endoscopic ultrasound.
